Start with the clothing you will actually use
For a first workwear order, choose around the working week rather than ordering one of everything. Count how many base garments you need between washes, then add a warm layer or jacket where useful. Customer visits, workshop work and outdoor jobs can call for different choices.
A coordinated garment colour and a clear logo can make a small selection look organised. Check the size chart and fabric before choosing. If you are unsure, tell us what the business does and the clothing budget you have in mind so we can discuss suitable starting points.

Keep the first logo layout simple
Use the main company identity where it will be readable. A chest position is often suitable for a compact logo; a larger back position can carry the business name or useful contact information. Do not squeeze a full advertising leaflet into a small embroidered area.
Send the best artwork you have. If the logo was created for social media, it may need a different layout or resolution for clothing. We assess lettering, colours and final size before recommending embroidery or print. Explain any essential details that must appear so the design can be planned around them.

Compare a bundle with a bespoke mix
Our Trade, Classic and Pro packages are a starting point if their published clothing mixes fit your needs. They include logo setup and left-chest printing or embroidery as stated. A bespoke enquiry can cover a different balance of garments or roles.
Do not assume that a cheap plain shirt equals a cheap finished uniform. Setup, artwork, logo size and extra positions affect the total. Standard embroidery digitising is £25 + VAT unless the selected bundle expressly includes setup. Your quotation confirms any order requirements and all agreed charges.

Create a uniform record from day one
Keep product codes, colours, sizes and approved branding together. When the team grows, that record helps you request a new-starter top-up or compare a replacement style if the original is unavailable. The unchanged digitised logo can be reused; a changed design or significant size change may need more preparation.
Tell us your launch or first-job date early, along with collection or delivery preference. We confirm a realistic completion date from garment availability, approval and the production schedule. A small order can be assessed, but no universal one-item or no-minimum promise is made here.

Explore clothing for your enquiry
These links open garment information from our existing catalogue. Plain garment prices exclude branding; your quotation confirms decoration, setup, VAT and delivery where applicable.
A quotation built around your job. Costs and timing depend on the garments, artwork, quantities and positions. Send your required date and we will confirm what is possible before production.
Your questions, answered
Can a sole trader enquire?
Yes. Send the clothing and quantity you need. We confirm the practical order requirements and setup costs for your design rather than applying a promise from another supplier.
What is the best first uniform?
It depends on your work. Start with usable base garments and relevant layers, then a readable logo. Tell us the role, conditions and budget for guidance.
Can I add more garments when my team grows?
Yes. Keep the agreed product codes and artwork details. We can assess later top-ups against current availability and the original branding.
