    No payment is taken. The price, scope and any ongoing costs will be agreed with you before an order is confirmed.

    How much will my website cost?

    A fully built website starts from £300 + VAT, including 12 months of hosting and one email account. Hosting and email renewal is £99 + VAT per year thereafter. The final price depends on the agreed pages and features. Any domain registration or additional paid services will be discussed before you order.

    How quickly will my website be built?

    Your fully built website will be ready within 5 working days once we have agreed your brief and received the content needed for the project. We will confirm the start date with you. Additional features or changes to the agreed brief may affect timing and will be discussed first.

    Can you help if I have no domain, pictures or wording?

    Yes, tell us what you already have and what you need help with. We can discuss your website address, hosting, content and suitable imagery as part of planning the project. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve your content.

    Can I sell products or take orders and bookings?

    Tell us what you sell, how you want to take payment and any delivery, collection or booking requirements. We'll discuss the appropriate features and any third-party services and costs before agreeing the work.

    Will it work on phones and appear on Google?

    We design for mobile, tablet and desktop use, set up clear page titles and descriptions, and submit your website to Google and Bing for indexing. Submission is included; each search engine decides when to index pages and where they rank. Specific rankings or sales cannot be guaranteed.

    What happens after launch?

    Your first 12 months of hosting and one email account are included. After that, hosting and email renewal is £99 + VAT per year. Updates and additions can be made for a small fee, agreed before the work is carried out. We will also confirm your handover and access arrangements.
