Choose clothing for each role
A useful company uniform starts with the job. Customer-facing staff may need smart polo shirts, while a mobile installation team may need T-shirts, warm layers and practical outerwear. Matching branding can tie the whole team together without putting everyone in identical clothing. Think about movement, indoor temperatures, outdoor exposure and the washing routine before selecting a style.
Choose a core garment colour and check the size chart for each product. A medium in one brand is not necessarily the same fit as a medium in another. Record a separate quantity for each style, colour and size so your quote reflects the clothing people will actually wear.

Embroidery, printing or a combination?
Embroidered workwear has a stitched, textured finish that often suits compact logos on polos, fleeces and suitable jackets. Printed workwear can be a practical choice for colourful graphics, large back designs, website addresses and lettering. The best method depends on the artwork, fabric and final size.
You can combine methods in a uniform: for example, a stitched chest logo on a polo and a printed back design on a T-shirt. The chest logo does not need to carry every detail from a business card. Keep the main brand recognisable, then use a larger position for extra information where appropriate.

Plan a complete branded workwear order
Count how many changes of clothing each person needs between washes, then add seasonal layers separately. A coordinated order makes it easier to compare the full cost of garments, decoration and setup. Our Trade, Classic and Pro bundles offer a starting point; a bespoke mix can be quoted for a different team size or role.
For a new uniform, send your logo and explain how the clothing will be used. For a repeat order, include the previous product codes and branding details where available. We confirm garment availability, suitable decoration, costs and timing before the order proceeds. Catalogue prices for plain garments should not be treated as the finished personalised price.

Keep future orders consistent
Save a simple uniform list with product codes, colours, logo positions and the agreed artwork. This helps when replacing worn clothing or adding a new starter. If a garment is unavailable, compare the proposed replacement for shade, fit and branding position rather than assuming it is identical.
Follow the garment care label and any decoration guidance supplied with your order. Tell us at the quotation stage if clothing needs a particular wash routine or protective specification so that the selected garments and branding can be assessed together.

Your questions, answered
Can I mix printed and embroidered garments?
Yes. Include the complete garment list and the finish you prefer for each item. We can discuss a combination such as embroidered polos and printed T-shirts, with each position included in the quotation.
Does a plain garment price include the logo?
No. Plain catalogue prices and personalised prices are different. Your quotation confirms garments, decoration, any artwork or digitising, VAT and delivery where applicable.
Can you supply a full team uniform?
Yes. Tell us the roles, quantities, sizes and working conditions. We can quote a coordinated selection rather than restricting the order to a single garment type.
