Choose the T-shirt before the print
The shirt affects comfort, fit and the finished design. Consider the fabric composition, weight, neckline and size range alongside the colour. Cotton, polyester and blends can need different printing materials or settings, so a design should be assessed with the exact garment rather than in isolation.
For staff uniforms, select clothing suited to the working environment and laundry routine. For an event, think about the weather and how long the shirt will be worn. Our catalogue includes everyday styles such as the PRO RTX RX151 Pro T-Shirt, with further choices in the full clothing range.

Plan a clear front and back layout
A small chest logo can identify the team without filling the whole front. A larger back print can carry an event title, company name or contact information. Give each position a clear purpose so the design reads easily at a useful distance.
Send the best-quality artwork available, ideally the original vector file or a high-resolution image at the intended print size. Include whether the image background should be visible. Enlarging a small screenshot does not restore missing detail, and very thin lines or tiny text still have production limits.

Printing methods for your design
DTF printing can suit detailed, multicolour graphics on compatible light or dark T-shirts. Heat transfer vinyl can be useful for suitable lettering, names and numbers. Sublimation requires suitable light polyester and is assessed differently because standard sublimation has no white ink.
We discuss the artwork, fabric and quantity before recommending a finish. Large solid printed areas can feel different from the bare fabric, so print coverage matters as well as colour. If you want a stitched logo, compare embroidery with printing for the shirt you have chosen.

Prepare the order without size confusion
Use a line for every shirt style, colour and size, with the required quantity. For personalised names or numbers, connect each person to the correct garment. This is especially useful when adult and children’s sizes are included in one event order.
Tell us the deadline at the first enquiry. Garment availability, artwork approval and production workload all affect timing. The quotation covers the clothing, print positions and any setup or artwork work, plus VAT and delivery where applicable. Follow the supplied care guidance to protect both the shirt and decoration.
