Create one complete order schedule

For a bulk order, accuracy matters as much as the overall quantity. Use a separate line for every product code, colour and size, then add the quantity. If the order includes adult and children’s garments, keep the ranges distinct and check both size charts.

Agree who will collect the size information and approve the artwork. Consolidate changes before submitting the final list so an old version is not mistaken for the production brief. Where names or numbers vary, connect each personalisation to the correct garment rather than providing two unrelated lists.

Decide which designs repeat

A repeated logo across a team and a different design on every shirt are different jobs. Explain how many artworks are involved, how many garments use each one and where they will be printed. Include all front, back and sleeve positions in the request.

The design should be checked at its final size. A large event back graphic can carry more information than a small chest position. If sponsors or several organisations are included, provide approved artwork and confirm that you are entitled to use it. Avoid rebuilding logos from low-quality screenshots if originals are available.

Understand what affects the bulk price

Quantity is one factor, alongside the garment choice, artwork size, number of print positions, personalisation and any preparation required. A higher quantity does not mean every possible finish has the same cost. We quote the actual specification so you can assess the finished total.

DTF can be useful for detailed multicolour artwork on suitable shirts. The exact method is selected with the fabric and design in mind. If you are comparing options, ask about changing the garment or decoration layout rather than assuming the lowest plain-shirt price is the best complete uniform.

Work backwards from the event date

Give the date the clothing must be in your hands, together with the delivery postcode or collection preference. Include time for garment sourcing, artwork approval, production and transport. We confirm what is achievable; no same-day or next-day promise should be assumed from this enquiry page.

For distribution, keep the final size schedule and consider whether individual names will help or complicate the process. Store the approved artwork and garment codes for future events. Follow the relevant garment and print care instructions after the shirts have been issued.

Your questions, answered

Is there a fixed bulk discount?

The quotation is based on the full job. Quantity, garment, artwork, positions and personalisation all affect the price; ask us to compare suitable options for your run.

Can a bulk order include different shirt sizes?

Yes. List each style, colour and size with its quantity. Keep adult and children’s ranges separate and check the relevant size charts.

Can you guarantee next-day bulk printing?

A completion date must be confirmed for the actual order. Garment stock, artwork approval, production capacity and delivery all affect timing.
